You started with one clear wish: to have a baby.
But when getting pregnant takes longer than expected, that wish can start taking up more and more space in your life.
Appointments, waiting, trying again, searching for answers and wondering what else you can do. Even when you try to focus on other things, your wish for a child is often still there in the background.
And if you are living away from your home country, you may also be going through this without the people you would normally want close to you.
My approach to fertility support
You come to me because you want to have a baby. I don't lose sight of that.
At the same time, pregnancy is not something you can force or plan.
In our work together, we look at you as a whole person. At what is happening now, the patterns and experiences you carry with you, and what may need attention in your life.
This is not about finding a reason why you are not pregnant. And it is not about suggesting that stress, emotions or something you are doing is causing fertility problems.
My support is complementary to medical fertility care, not a replacement for it.

There is no fixed programme, because every woman is different.
The Uncover Method™ is the framework I use to guide our work, while the sessions themselves are tailored to you.
The Uncover Method™ helps you explore the patterns, emotions and experiences that may be relevant to what you're struggling with today.
We look at what is happening in your life now, what you have learned to carry or control, and what may no longer be helping you.
I use different methods and tools depending on what is relevant to you, including NEI (Neuro Emotional Integration).
The aim is not to tell you what you should do, but to help you understand yourself better and find your own answers.
When we use The Uncover Method™ in fertility support, we don't look for a reason why you're not pregnant. Your fertility journey is the context in which we work, not something I claim to explain or solve.
